Capital City offers an excellent benefits package with comprehensive insurance, an Associate Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and even a Tuition Assistance Plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps our associates pay for health care and/or dependent care expenses which may not be paid or covered by insurance. The money in your FSA is tax-free since it’s deducted from your paycheck before taxes are withheld. You get that money back every time you file a claim for an expense that’s not covered by your insurance, such as a pharmacy copayment or a pair of glasses. Participation is available for benefits-eligible positions on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

All associates in good standing who have completed the initial 90-day new hire period are eligible to apply for educational assistance under the Tuition Assistance Plan.
