Can I make a loan payment online using my Capital City Bank checking or savings account?
Yes! If you have online banking, you can view your balance, payment amount and due date, and manage your payments using your regular online banking service. Your banker will add your Capital City Bank loan to your account dashboard at your request.
You can make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments at a frequency of your choosing:
- Log in, select Menu then click Move Money to expand the category.
- Select the Transfer Between Acct option.
- Choose the account you would like payments to be made from in the From Account drop down.
- Select your loan account in the To Account drop down.
- For a one-time payment, enter the payment Amount, in the Frequency drop down choose One time Transfer (which is the default selection) and select a Transfer Date.
- For a recurring payment series, enter the Amount, Frequency (several options are available), Start Date and Repeat Duration (you can designate an end date or choose "Forever" to have payments continue until you cancel).
- Click Transfer Funds to save your recurring payment details, and verify the details on the pop-up confirmation.

Can I make a loan payment online using a non-Capital City Bank account?
Using our Loan Payment Portal, you can make payments on your Capital City Bank loan with an account at another financial institution.
- Accessing the Loan Payment Portal: On our website, click Log In at the top right, then click the arrows to expand the account list and select Loan Payments.
- Making a payment for the first time: Using the Loan Payment Portal, click ENROLL, then enter your Loan Number and the last four digits of the primary loan holder's Social Security number to create your account. Please note: the portal will only allow you to enroll within 10 days of the first payment due date. If you wish to enroll earlier, a banker in our Client Service Center can set up your account for you.

Can I schedule an automatic loan payment?
If using your Capital City Bank online or mobile banking service:
- Log in, select Menu then click Move Money to expand the category.
- Select the Transfer Between Acct option.
- Choose the account you would like payments to be made from in the From Account drop down.
- Select your loan account in the To Account drop down. If your loan does not appear in the drop-down list, contact your banker to have your loan linked to your online service.
- For recurring payments, enter the Amount, Frequency (several options are available), Start Date and Repeat Duration (you can designate an end date or choose "Forever" to have payments continue until you cancel). A One-time Payment option is also offered if you wish to make online payments manually. See those steps above under "Can I make a loan payment using my Capital City Bank checking or savings account?"
- Click Transfer Funds to save your recurring payment details, and verify the details on the pop-up confirmation.
- View recurring payment details under Menu, Activity Center then toggling to view the Recurring tab.
If using the Loan Payment Portal:
- Log in to your Loan Payment Portal account and click Settings.
- Select Automatic Payments, then Add to enter a payment account.

How do I change the account I want my automatic payment to come from?
If using your Capital City Bank online or mobile banking service:
- Cancel the existing recurring payment series.
- Log in, select Menu then click to expand the Activity Center.
- Toggle to view the Recurring tab.
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of your loan payment, and select View Transactions in Series.
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of the Transactions in Series line and select Cancel from the drop down.
- Click Confirm on the pop-up to cancel the payment series and click Close.
- Set up a new recurring payment series with the new account details.
- Select Menu then click Move Money to expand the category.
- Select the Transfer Between Acct option.
- Choose the account you would like payments to be made from in the From Account drop down.
- Select your loan in the To Account drop down.
- Enter recurring payment details: Amount, Frequency (several options are available), Start Date and Repeat Duration (you can designate an end date or choose "Forever" to have payments continue until you cancel).
- Click Transfer Funds to save the new recurring payment, and verify the details on the pop-up confirmation.
If using the Loan Payment Portal:
- Log in to your Loan Payment Portal account and click Settings.
- Select Automatic Payments to view the current payment account.
- Click Delete to remove, then Add to enter a new payment account.

Can I pay off my loan online?
Yes. Your loan may be paid off online via your online banking service or the Loan Payment Portal. If your loan is attached to your online banking service, you can view the exact balance remaining on your loan at any time. A balance is displayed in the Loan Payment Portal, but we recommend calling your banker or our Client Service Center for an exact amount owed before paying off your loan.

Where do I view the balance of my loan?
If your loan is attached to your Capital City Bank online banking service, log in to view your current balance and amount due information.
If making payments through the Loan Payment Portal, you can view the date and amount of your next payment, and an approximate balance. Call a banker or our Client Service Center to verify the exact balance.
